Lease Terms

Ten Select typically offers 12-month lease terms, with additional term lengths available depending on availability.

Your security deposit and first month’s rent are due before move-in. Once payment is complete and all paperwork is finalized, we’ll be happy to hand over your keys and welcome you home.

Yes. Residents are required to carry renter’s insurance with a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage to help protect both you and your home throughout your lease. The leasing office can provide details on coverage requirements.

Apartment homes at Ten Select feature premium, condo-level finishes throughout, including stainless steel kitchen appliances, sleek stone-style countertops, modern cabinetry, and wood-style flooring. Homes also include in-unit washers and dryers, contemporary lighting, and high-end design details that elevate everyday living.

Apartments at Ten Select are unfurnished, giving you the flexibility to make your space your own. Furnished apartment homes are not offered at this time.
All apartment homes include in-unit washers and dryers for everyday convenience, and select floor plans feature private balconies or patios. Availability of outdoor space varies by apartment.

Yes. Ten Select is a sister property to Ten at Clarendon, and residents are welcome to enjoy all amenities at Ten at Clarendon, including the 24/7 fitness center, outdoor gathering spaces, resident lounges, concierge services, and community events and programming.

Pets

Yes, Ten Select is a pet-friendly community, with a maximum of two pets per household. There are no breed or weight restrictions at this time.

Ten Select charges a one-time pet fee of $500, along with $50 per month in pet rent.

Yes. Guest parking is available through Zark Parking. Guests must register their vehicle and follow assigned parking instructions.

Ten Select is located approximately a five-minute walk from the Clarendon Metro station, providing easy access to the Orange and Silver lines. Our community also offers convenient access to major bus routes and walkable neighborhood amenities.
Utilities & Internet

At Ten Select, the base rent listed online does not include utilities. Utilities are billed separately and conveniently managed through your resident accounts. Water, sewer, and trash are billed directly through the resident portal, while electricity is billed separately through Dominion Energy. Residents are also responsible for internet and cable services.

Cable and internet service are not included in rent. Residents may choose between Xfinity or Verizon for internet and cable services, based on their preferences and availability at move-in.

Yes. Emergency maintenance is available after hours. Instructions are provided to residents upon move-in.

Yes! Ten Select residents are invited to join a number of resident events and activities throughout the year, creating opportunities to connect with neighbors and enjoy life at the property. Event details are shared through email, the resident portal, or on-site postings.

Packages at Ten Select are delivered to a secure package locker system for convenient pickup. In addition, our concierge team makes periodic rounds throughout the community and is available to assist when needed.

Roommates are welcome at Ten Select. All occupants must be listed on the lease and meet standard screening requirements as part of the application process.
